Using TwinBoom's soundpack on Vista 32-bit.  No problems here.  Not a top of line computer by no means either.

ya the problems occurred when i had winxp after a game update around 2.14 or something like that...haven't tried custom sounds since.

i like USRangers platinum edition. havent ried any of the other ones, other than Mit's. But Rangers has alot of neat sounds for check 6 and what not. heres the link: http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,184203.480.html
