Map Removal Petition

I'm writing this to petition AH staff for a map to be removed from the rotation- hopefully permanently. I'm not the only one who can't stand the map being used in MidWar right now. There's no name I can find for it. It's the green "vehicle base map" with no water. It as all the vehicle bases right next to each other in between countries.

Sure, I've heard from one or two players over the years that like it. I even read from one guy in the forums that thought it was the best map of all of them, but most of us hate it.

Please remove it permanently. Either replace it with some old map, or just dump it.

I hope others that agree will voice their support here. Thanx.

That sounds like the "Beta" map (on the road, can't check). If it is, I like that map, as well as all of the others. You just have to find something you like on each. That one has great fights in the canyons over the V bases.

I vote no to this or ANY map removal.

Uterus is my absolute favorite small map. By far.

Bottom position on that map is the most fun by far. I had frequently switched to that country in the past whenever that map was up. Top right is usually the more boring one, as there is a good chance that top left & bottom are preoccupied with each other at A1-19, resulting in a frequent lack of airborne targets.

Nope.  I like that map.  The bases are close enough to get to a fight quickly.  The canyons make fights interesting.  If there aren't any convenient fights, I can pick a fight by flying over a vehicle base or an air base.

You gave no reasons why you don't like it.  Convince me I'm wrong.

I don't really care for any of the maps that don't provide CV action. CV action, I think, is an integral part of overall game play.

If I had to vote for a map to be sent to the abyss, it would be the UTERUS map ... I hate that map more than any other.

 i think i've flown that one.

 the maps with the canyons are a little weird sometimes. it seems that sometimes, they promote high alt fights, as guys fly above the tops to get there......and they then bnz ya to death if you're in the canyon. other times, they seem to drop into the canyon, stay there, and then you're trying to dodge their bullets, and the canyon walls.
 i can't count the number of times i've flown into a wall whilst looknig back.

YES! to the canyon maps. The tight surrounds or high dives down in are great fun, long climb up over, not so much.
