Ever Been?

Firstly, I've been away from AH for about 2 years now and somehow my account is still here, wow. The amount of changes is crazy. B29 most of all...
Any way....

I am currently in Afghanistan and was wondering with the large military personnel that make up the AH community, who else has been here? When, where, and with whom?

You could say that.  Was the same with Iraq.  Someone thought it would be a good idea to put my unit on top of the tanks entering Baghdad to provide close support against the guys popping up on the sides of the road.  Hell, my Abrams was even T-boned by a car full of guys trying to stop us.  Didn't turn out too well for them.  The general public isn't aware afaik that it came down to knives & rifle butts eventually.

Do the same for me MarineUS, I can't join because of Hep C and now a heart condition.  Sorry about the epilepsy, Red, my dad to has it.

Was there 08-09'. Bagram and many other "lovely" areas. Detainee Operations. Was part of Task Group Trident. About 200 sailors. Attached to the 715th and 783rd MP Battalions. Attached under the 101st.

I was in Kandahar for a bit now am spitting distance to Pakistan.

Out of curiosity.  Have you or Red ever met any one from that place or have any clue why you hate them enough to ask for their death?
