This is why they need to bring back corporal punishment and public embarrassment as sentences for crimes.  What kind of punk steals a wheelchair?

Peng I have nothing against you so take this as it may be.

One of the things I regret most in my life is I did not do a stint in the military.  Now military aside I'd cheerfully club somebody over the head for attempting to steal from a disabled person.  I'd be a bit more vociferous if I knew they were stealing from a vet.

But that's me.  *shrug*
