A perfect dream would be me in a 262 encountering you in a buff.  I cannot express how I felt when I checked the logs and found that yes, it was you.  One pass is all I got, you flamed both engines and I had to deadstick 2 sectors to land safe.  It happened so fast I had no idea I had actually gotten you.  I think you already know the respect I have for you.  On the one hand I am very sorry it had to be you but anyone else would have had indetiminate value.  I know it is such a little thing in the grand scheme of things but this is my fondest memory and shall have it forever.  Thank you sir.

(I know I could have posted this in the other section (BOG), but I wanted everyone to know of my high regard for you)

Zoney Good kill Sir!   We were on the way down to land........I was feeeling  a bit relaxed thinking we had all made it out of the woods....then the 262's! showed up! dam near wet myself!
I told everyone only way we can negate the 262 advantage is to get on the deck tree top!  Again good shooting Zoney <S>

That is exactly what I do. Either deck or way way high. On the deck they zip in too fast for a steep angled shot. Sent two home smoking one day.
