No, but I do have an idea. You could find a .wav recording of silence or something quiet..... like birds chirping for instance, and rename it title0 and insert it into your AcesHigh sound file.

I'm going to include a sound board link. Maybe you could find a sound that would work for you.  http://soundjax.com/?q= the rain category might work for you.  ;)

Options->Preferences->Game Sounds.

Adjust the "Music" slider to set the volume to any level you want.
