A (really) small victory for husbands everywhere

  That's called separation anxiety. Bet if you kept puppy in office with you out of
cage, you would have an easier time.
I know a lot of people have cages and have a need to use them,
but I have never used one, nor like them.
There's an item out now called "Thunder Jacket" that does do what it claims,
which is to calm. Or you might need the Dog Whisperer,lol.
Cute pup, You'll have many years of cleaning up after, er I mean many
years of companionship,lol

See where you went wrong was in cleaning up the mess. It was funny to her because she knew that all she had to do was ask you if you cleaned it yet and she knew you would have it all picked up by the time she got home. Thus it didnt effect her. Its always funny when someone else has to deal with it.

You should have left it as is. Once it effects her. Then she'll get it.

So? He did tell her not to leave the dog out.Just tell her that she's the one that wanted the dog left out. She can deal with the mess. Until it effects her directly. She wont get it.

Yes she will moan and groan. But eventually she will learn for the next time he tries to tell her something and he knows he's right.

I didnt clean it up out of fear or to make any point to her lol.....I did it for 2 reasons, 1. I respect my wife enough to not allow her to come home to that mess. God knows she works hard...full time job and a mom/wife/homemaker.Toughest profession in the world (being a mom). Decisions good or bad, need to be supported. God knows ive made a few bad ones in my life, and shes right next to me right or wrong, helping to "clean up the mess"

2. I respect my house enough to not let it look like it did.
 
My post was meant as a tongue in cheek "rack one up for the husbands of the world" post. Nothing more. I just thought some other married guys would like to know that every great once in a while were actually right 

We were laughing about it last night and today, its no big deal. Another great memory made

something tells me you're not married...ever get told "you can be alone, or you can be wrong"?...and from a lot of experience in what not to do, you're method ends up with "alone".

there are people who have healthy relationships and accept what it takes to keep them...i'm not one of them myself but, hey evidently mbailey is married to one he wants to keep.

lol mbailey sounds like one of my Dog tales (pun)  lol  i have two wiener dogs father and daughter and them two get into all kinds of mischief     who ever would leave that for their wife to pick up obvisouly has no wife or is just plain lazy
