Forget it. Even if you managed to plug all the 3 monitors you won't be able to play any game at 5760x resolution with that card. You need a 400 dollar plus model from nvidia or amd to run them playably.

Nobody says you need a $400 card or the TH2G setup (also expensive last I recall). You just need an ATI card with eyefinity. You don't have to run full details or max resolutions. Nobody is saying you need 5400000 pixels... You can tune it to get the performance you need once it's set up.

So, it is possible.... Given the right video card and drivers. You may need to get mini-DisplayPort adapters for eyefinity. Depending on the resolution you are running on each monitor you can use passive adapters. I picked a couple of those up for $10 each from Amazon and they work like a charm. I would set AH up with 3 monitors on my current setup except for the fact that my 3rd monitor is archaic and runs 1024x768. The eyefinity setup uses the least common demonimator for resolution when set up that way, so it looks pretty bad. Other than that it works, though!

What exactly are you talking about? There's absolutely no point to get 3 monitors to a low-end graphics card like 4350 that can BARELY run the game with 1 monitor. Think a little what you're posting. There's no amount of tuning that will make your 30 dollar card push the pixels required by a triple screen resolution.

It would be a gigantic waste of money to buy the extra screens only to destroy your image quality by using non-optimal resolutions and lowest possible quality settings in the game lol!

Triple screen is for high-end configurations.

You know, I read that as 4850. My bad. 4350 is awful weak, you are correct.

I think the $400 price tag is a bit high for Aces High.  Graphics requirements aren't THAT nuts.

You could probably get away with a 3-monitor set-up fairly smoothly on a 6850.

Hell, I used my buddy's DP monitor to run 3 screens on my HD5770 briefly, just to see how it works.  Had to lower the view range, but it was playable.

Works fine on my i7 system with a mid range nvidia GTS240  3 x 1280 x 1024 giving a 3840 x 1280 res. Results are worth the money. Bezel correction works well. I have the digital version.

I run at 60 fps with vsync enabled , only had to turn off hi res water effectx and shadows which looked weird.

+1.

A current mid range card would work but all the eye candy would need to be turned off, making the game look like mush.

I have an Alienware M17x with two Nvidia GTX 460M cards.  Would this be able to run a triple monitor setup?  Also, the only external plug I have is a standard VGA plug and not a DVI.  Will this limit my resolution?  And lastly, do I have to get three new monitors, or can I use the laptop monitor with the setup and only get two new monitors?  Thank you for your help!  :salute

Those cards would have no problem running the triple monitor, I have 2 GTX 470's and have no problem and I run at 5760 x 1080. If you have any questions on setting it up i can post a walk through for ya.

Sorry, my mistake.  I actually only have the Nvidia GTX 260M cards, not the 460s as I mentioned above.  Would this be able to run a triple monitor setup?  Also, the only external plug I have is a standard VGA plug and not a DVI.  Will this limit my resolution?  And lastly, do I have to get three new monitors, or can I use the laptop monitor with the setup?  Thank you for your help!

Quick question. Im able to run everything at max and get 60 frames on my GTX460 1GB. (Res is 1280x1024 since I have donated moniters) If I ran a 2nd on SLI (so I could also plug in a 3rd monitor) would I be able to keep max settings? Computer before this, was 20-30 frames with lowest settings besides bump map and res with same monitors, so whatever I get is always a step above what I have had before.

You should have np problem running the triple monitor set up but be careful not to brick your video cards, by bricking I mean have teh two of them extremly close together. When you decide to do this start the game in the minimum settings for eyecandy then start turning things up till you start to see a stutter or drop in framerate.

The one thing you want to make sure is that all monitors are of the same size, I ie resolution 1920 x 1080, and I don't see you having any problems running the sli.

Oh 1 other thing for both of you i noticed a major jump in ease on my video graphics speed when I did a double sli bridge on my cards as you can see here

Other than that have fun and welcome to the Triple Monitor club.

Put a fan on that harddrive bay unless it's already too late. Have you checked the temperature while running? If it's hottish to the touch it's already dying.
