Thanks Bish, Thanks Bruv
« on: March 27, 2011, 05:59:08 PM »
Thanks to all the Bish who joined my Stuka mission this afternoon.  We took off with 10-11 Stukas in various bomb configurations designed to take a VBase and were escorted by another 10-11 109E-4's and 109F-4's.  Yes, I admit, a scarey Bish horde.

Thanks to Bruv and his friend for finding us in your 262's.   :furious  At least it took you a while to take some of us out.  I'd like to hear how many made target.  I know several did.

I think we might have been more successful if we hadn't had to change targets on lift-off.

Anyway it was fun.  Thank's for putting your faith in me.  I never thought I'd be able to assemble so many players for such a mission.

BTW, I managed to re-up and make target dodging another 262 all the way there while lugging an 1800 kg bomb then fought off an F6F until he ran away.   :rofl

 :salute to all.

Asking bish to join a mission!? Isn't that like asking a herd of wildebeest to migrate.

as for the Bish that claimed I must have spied to find the mission,   the full dar north of the action I was fighting in already kind of gave it away.

So note to Bish,  having 30 players above dar tattoo's your presence on your foreheads so expect every available fighter pilot to come at you.

Good to see the teamwork and effort involved in an unusual mission but please throw in a few sets of lancs next time as this will keep me occupied for long enough to get your stukas in   ;)

Stuka missions are awsome!!!

Good job Bald, I wish more people would put those missions up, they are tons of fun. If somehow we could get the model with the dive siren and make the sounds default so everyone could hear 50 stukas diving in...well that would just be :x :x :x

I have managed a few stuka missions from some high alt bases and had some good turnouts. Its definatley different than the usual horde of Niks/Typhs and 110s that you always see in te MA
