Specifically what section of the forum rules does this violate?

I really am very sorry this allegedly happened, and that you feel strongly about me posting public information.  But this is the o'club, and the behavior of members is subject to discussion.

If this is libel (written word that is untrue, slander is spoken word that is untrue), then you have cause to complain.  If my research is incorrect please by all means post it here.

you need to STFU, you have no business posting this here PERIOD

Well... Skyrock is definitely NOT a member of this forum..  All the op did was post a link to an article in a newspaper.  Mark did get all of the charges dropped from what I understand.  There are certainly a lot of twisted panties around here...  Seems like a large minority are just nosing around looking for a reason to be offended.

I don't care about any of this. All I know is Mark is a top bloke and I always wish him a happy life.

While some of us may have known about it a long time ago, no one posted anything about it.

Why? Simply because the guy has a family and airing this type of bullcrap doesn't add anything to the game, what so ever.

edit: if you were so concerned, you could of contacted one of the Muppets directly via PM rather than airing his tragic business.

I'm 100% in favor of drug enforcement, and penalties for abusers.  I sincerely hope they are penalized, and get their acts cleaned up, and that their kids are able to cope with the tough situation they've been handed.

Mark was a good friend in the game, and I hope he and his loved ones come through this ok in the end.  Everyone makes mistakes, even if some mistakes are bigger than others.

On the other hand...  WTF is this thread about???  Talk about a low blow.  It really comes across as flaunting information that doesn't need to be broadcast to everyone, especially those who aren't involved and have no reason to know or care.

Sad story.

Sad that it was thrown up on the front page for everyone to drool over.

<S> Mark.

I hope you are copying these posts to all of the news organizations whose business it is to air such laundry.  Start with the newspaper in the link in the op.
