I've seen better productions out of less material/talent and a smaller budget, and I've seen worse. If anything, this little girl has a bright future as a publicist (or knows someone who does).
- don't care about her music good or bad, it's irrelevant to me
- she is probably going to make lots of money (no such thing as bad publicity)
- interesting how the internet can turn something like this into a wild sensation
You do know her parents are already rich and shelled out the cash to pay for their little starlet to be featured in her own production, right? I don't disagree with your points, but it makes me sad that there are lots more heavily talented 13-yos in the world who could use a real chance/break in hollywood or on teh internet but because they don't have the $ or spoiling them rich parents, the world will never hear them.
I'm also a little pessimistic about how this became such a sensation, seemed like she was on good morning america less than 24-hours after it hit the youtube fame jackpot, I suppose she could of done all the promoting and pushing to of gotten it seen and noticed by herself... or, much the same way the video itself was produced, her mother paid a professional for their services.
