B-29 drone cockpit
« on: March 30, 2011, 07:23:52 PM »
I JUST REMEMBERED THIS from like a month ago, the last time i played the game. i was flying offline with the b-29, i had 80x100 lbs, the 1000 rpg option, and the drones. i was at i think about 10k, offline, on NDisles, on top of the rook large airfield on the main island in the middle of the map. i was hit in the left wing a bunch of times by the flak, and lost all left wing fuel, the outboard left oil, and a few other things i dont remember. but my drones werent hit at all, except for the left drone being hit right fuel. i banked away, about 35 degrees-ish to port, and my wing fell off from a flak round. i bailed, and went to my left drone. i had just been in a gurret, for whatever reason. but i went back to the cockpit in the drone, and i could see the cockpit and everything, the yokes, the seats, but thats pretty much it. all of the gauges were indistinct, and un-readable. has this happened to anybody else/anybody know if this should be posted in the Bugs forum?

yes it has happened to me as it was explained to me you somehow ended up in the drone cockpit instead of the lead aircraft, there is supposed to be an easy way to get your gauges back which I was unable to figure out at the time,I had to land from external view

Go to a gunner position.
Jump back into the lead plane. (shift + 1, or is it shift + F1? Don't remember.)
Jump back to the cockpit (press 1)
