Instead of making the special rewards linked to player performance (excluding bad players) make them linked to the mission editor so sucessful mission will reward surviving members (or all members)
Also instead of adding late war uber planes (not talking about planes that deserve to be added 190D, spit 14, yak-3 etc i mean f8f, ta152, sea fury) add early war planes and earn the right to use the 51d, 109-G10 etc but only on planned missions. i.e. if your good at completeing missions next time you go on one you will have better equipment.
