like I said with animals you know what they are.....and absolutely no the gator never got used to me he hated me,

he actually almost ripped my finger off the day I gave him to a reptile sanctuary, the snake im holding with my daughter was a very calm snake, and I'm not dumb I never let it's head get close to her with out me holding it..as a matter of fact she got so mad at me because she wanted to pet his head and I wouldn't let her

she really got mad it was quite funny...and she is a very healthy 17 year old now

and trust me I was far faster then that snake
if you look at the pic were i'm petting the Gators belly
, to the left of me is the water part of the pit...and there are 5 caiman in it, one of which I ate. and on the other side you can see in the Tank an absolute monster of a python, that was 14 foot long.
I don't have any more animals, just a bunch of kids

as my family grew the animals became less and less, not for any reason except it cost a lot of money for the feeding and up keep of them, this is actually a very small portion of the animals I've owned.
when I had that first tat shop I went through 2,000 gold fish a week, 15 rats a month, about 10 rabbits a month, I seriously spent about 300 a day for the up keep.
once most of the kids get older I will get back into it, I want to open a reptile sanctuary, my favorite are the monitor lizards which I have no pictures of the ones Ive owned

but on a guess I would say 30 plus Monitor lizards through out the years, mostly water monitors, they are truly awesome creatures that can be as tame as a dog, although not in the same sense of a dog, it wont come to you when ya call it, but they will most often with a lot of handling when they are young, will totally get used to being held.
of the top of my head the list of animals Ive owned
Alligators (bit me, almost lost a finger to one)
Caiman (very vicious)
lots of Water Monitor's (can be tamed with lots of handling, many bites from these)
lots of Nile monitors (can be extremely vicious been bit so many times by these)

savanna monitors (easiest to tame, only bit by infants)
indicus monitors (real docile)
tegu monitors (vicious)
golden tegu's (very difficult to tame, lots of bites from these guys)
black and white Tegu's (tame as they get older)
bearded dragons
iguanas
ball python's
Burmese python's Lots of these (been bit a few times)
African rock python's
tree boa's (not really handleable they have fangs like a viper except instead of one set they have 3)
Colombian Boa's (Bunch of these, bit a few times)
lots of scorpion's
tarantula's, pink toe and rose hair mostly
so many different types of fish literally thousands of them (my favorite are the piranha's, and yes been bit by the piranha's

)
alligator snapping turtles
common snapping turtles, one of them was a giant that was easy 60+lbs
ferrets (stinky suckers)
moray eels (my favorite salt water creature)
I think that's about it, except the typical dogs.
