Red bull has always been too sweet for me even as a mixer. I've gotten used to vodka straight or mixed. Beer...bleh.

It's already death in a can by itself.  I hate energy drinks.

If you are under 21 in the states it's illegal no matter where you do it.
Beat me to it Jayhawk.

He is in Georgia. Its a State law that you can drink underage as long as your in your house and under supervision of your guardian or parents.

ya, that was back in the 60s through mid 70s...used to go with my dad to the nco club at ft. carson and the local vfw...as long as the kid wasn't running rampant and urinating in the plastic plants it was ok...then about what, 76-77(?) they changed the law so you had to be 18 or over to have even 3.2 beer with your parent...would have sucked if i couldn't buy liquor on my own at the store a buddy worked in.    :devil

Yeah gyrene, it was about 78 or so.  Also my dad was a gyrene.

Not illegal to drink in your own house.  Unless it wasn't IN his house.  Still don't know why you would brag about it lol.
yes it is illegal. you just get away with it because USUALLY no one finds out... still providing minors booze whether parent or not

Dad just gave me a few shot glasses of Vodka, feel fine, lil tingly all over the place. But god it tasted horrible  :(
i dont think you should be telling EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD that your parents gave you some vodka...that really should be a secret until your 21.

Tequila was the first alcohol I had ever consumed.  It doesn't bother me much, but I rarely drink it due to the fact no one else around here drinks it.

I quit drinking about 16 years ago....you know that old saying "instant A-hole just add alcohol"   ya that was me

but as far as the OP goes I would much rather see him do it that way then out and about with a bunch of "friends"

Same goes for my kids.

Since I make beer by the 10-15 gallon batch (6-8 cases at a time), it's not really a big deal or mystery to them.
