Send Dice-K back, shoot the batting order, and pull the coaches. 
This slump is freaking rediculous. Unfortunatly there is not much the coaching staff can do about it at the moment. Dice -K Is not our only bad pitcher, Lackey is a bum. If I had to pick one I'd probably keep Dice-K, as he "could" pitch a great game here o there. All you get from Lackey is ton of BS.
In regards to hitting, most of our trouble can be chalked up to bad luck. Most of Youkilis hits are right at another player for easy outs, but he's making good contact. This hold true for most of the line up right now, except J.D. Drew. He sucks, he cant hit in the clutch. Instant out with runners in scoring position.
Keep the faith guys. It's a long season. We're not as bad as our record shows, and Baltimore is not as good as their record.
