How exactly can you "obstruct justice" in a case against yourself and be not guilty?  :bhead

He STILL has to make contact with the ball.  (No, I'm not defending him, just throwing that out there).

^^^ This.

Sammy Sosa, Mark Mcguire, Derek Jeter, Roger Clemens, Manny Ramirez, ugh the list goes on and on.

Filthy low-life liars and cheats.

They should be banned from everything that has to do with baseball (No jobs, no hall of fame), and in the case of foreign players they should be deported.

theres plenty of other black marks, 1919 white sox, pete rose the joyous cocaine teams, cheating pitchers out the arse, corked bats and everyone will be forgotten the same as the steroid guys in years to come.

No list needed, it's the same scenario as Bonds.

Not quite. Bonds was caught in the Balco investigation. Gonzales name was on the 2003 steroid users list (allegedly). Being on that list doesn't mean you were doing anything illegal at the time. Baseball had some of the worst steroid rules of any sport. We don't even know if his name was actually on the list because it's never been made public.
