Not using Facebook is the new not owning a television.  Only sheeple use Facebook and watch television, right?

Said like someone truely devoted to facebook. Poor comparison.

Said like someone truely devoted to facebook. Poor comparison.

Not at all.  I barely use it, and I haven't posted an update there in probably a year.  What I don't do is hate it for the sake of hating it, which seems to be what all the cool kids are doing these days.

The comparison is apt, and your intuition is false.

No... Facebook is more akin to wearing your baggy jeans down below your crack so your underwear shows.... It's more of a social statement than one of capability or ability.

That would be my analogy, if I had to make one.

See?  I wish I could be as cool as Krusty.

That's because it's a social network and your Anti-Social

No, that's because you gave us BBS which makes facebook useless  :)

So you assume the hate. That is something I never said.

You should never assume.

And you assumed "devotion."  Look at us both, assuming.

On the bright side, I did find an article about Krusty.  It predates Facebook though.

Good point. My total lack of respect for it as an online tool does not immediately jump to "hatred" -- disdain, indifference, dislike, but no presence of hate IMO.

P.S. DMF: Did you even see the SouthPark episode I referenced? Not only was it hilarious, it's pretty on-the-money.

Wrong again. I'll repost what I said for you. "Said like someone truely devoted to facebook." I did not say you were devoted, just that your like someone who is such.

Okay.  And you're like someone who hates Facebook and very like someone who assumes I'm devoted to it.  Semantics are fun!

Your position is now weak. Shall we stop here?

By all means, continue.  Wait, let me add my part to this "debate:"  Your position is weaker.  Back to you, Shuff.

My post was not inreference to yours

Mine was in support of yours, not exactly response to yours :)
