GV directional indicator
« on: April 26, 2011, 09:16:28 AM »
Would be nice to have the old school direction indicator in the top left. I understand the new system just fine, but at least give us the numbers for the gunner position please.

When in the gunner position during the fog of a firefight one can get disoriented. Would be nice to have the degree indicator as a mere referencing tool.

You have an indicator in the gunsight.

In the TC position you do. I just went and re-checked the M4 and Panther and found no such indicator while looking through the guns optics.

I'm simply asking for the old degree (in relation to tank front) indicator in the gunners position.

You do have one.

Panther gunsight: Indicator tells you: Turret set to ~ 2 O'clock / ~45 °

Double checking, You now see the indicator in the M4 and panther?
(making sure it's not a bug)

Affirmative. Everything appears to be a go.

Now, is there a way to change the color of said indicator in the GUI? The pink is hard for me to see against certain backgrounds.

Not a big deal, just wondering.  :salute
