It is difficult to deny the nasty hair raising sound those things make.  Wow.    :O

OK.. who is going to get a sound file going for THAT!?  The current 28cm rockets do not sound like that at all.

that seems to be the given sound for these weapons. Every time I've seen a video, a movie or a game with them in it, it sounds the same.
Like, ya know, when that thing that makes you move, it has pistons and things, When your thingamajigy is providing power, you do not hear other peoples thingamajig when they are providing power.

Dunno if this was the sound of the A2A WGr21 and/or the 28cm's the SDK251 carries.  I bet it's one of the things Lucas was thinking of when he chose the sound for Tie Fighters though.

Without looking it up to verify, I'm fairly certain that the rocket engines were completely different between the WGr21 and the 28cm Buddenbangers.  What we heard in the video is certainly the 28cm.
