Dale has just managed, in a single post, to discredit the entire history of the "geek" culture.

You can be a video game addict and..

1) Not live in your moms basement
2) Have a social life and learn to actually fly a plane
3) Get a date
4) Get a SECOND date
5) Marry
6) Have a life
7) Contribute in a small way towards creating a life
8) Grow old(er) and gray keeping the boys away for the next 20 years!

As a father of a 15 year old at the ripe young age of 48, I can only laugh my butt off at what you are about to endure!

Godspeed and Congratulations Sir!  Give my best to the Mrs. who quite frankly really did all the hard work  :P

Grats man. In no time she will have you wrapped around her finger , and theres nothing you can do about but enjoy it. But time goes by fast, enjoy every minute you can. Seems like yesterday my 13 yo daughter was that little. What a beautiful baby. :)

My daughter gave me a book called The Greatest Father On Earth for last Christmas. It read there, that a man enjoys being a father of a baby best in his fifties. WTG!   :salute
