How many rounds for town buildings

This is since the new patch: I shot 13 HE rounds from a panzer point blank at a town building and nothing happened.  Is this normal ? http://trainers.hitechcreations.com/vehicles/vehicles.htm

says it should take 2 but I'm pretty new at the GVs

I fired from the commander position and the gunner position.

Also, I'm remembering that the top round counter, (upper left commander pos.,) I assumed was for the hull or pintle would go down by one with each cannon shot.

Is the chart at the link correct?

You're clearly hitting the building, not a tree or other object nearby?  If you had film it would make it much clearer what it could/couldn't be.

2 HE rounds from a panzer should take out a building.  Keep in mind, if a building was already down it *USED* to be that the round would then pass right through it.  They've changed it so that if you now hit what's left of a building, it will stop the shot.

I have a feeling you were hitting the wall of a building that was already collapsed.

ty for the replies, I tried to replicate it this A.M. after the latest patch and couldn't.  Don't know what it was probably just me but I could swear I was in the street firing point blank at an undamaged building yesterday.

Just to clarify, and excuse the very basic nature of my question, it was definitely an enemy building, correct?

After a new patch some pages are not updated immediately. That page does not have the bigger gun shown on the M3 chassis so It has not been updated to latest patch.
Usually though something like destroying a building wouldn't change that much version to version.

Was this change part of the latest upgrade/patch?

Just last week I was sitting in an Ostwind, in town, blasting the hell out of buildings by shooting right thru the ones that I destroyed in front them.

maiiibe u were shooting at a building in a town that just switch for ur side and didnt u notice it atm :D

I wouldn't put it past me Mausil but I don't think so.  The "incident" happened after the upgrade but before the patch that fixed stuff so I guess it took care of itself, I should have tried recreating it before posting but it takes a long time to drive into an enemy town and people are always trying to stop you for some reason.
