I want to buy that little model. I need a link hang on.

Edit: http://www.titanaircraft.com/t-51.php This is it, and affordable in a sense, I mean when I get a high end job like flying cargo.

I'll see your 75% scale rotax powered baby P-51, and raise you to an even cooler 75% scale V8 powered P-40E....

(granted you have to scratch build it from plans instead of buying a kit..... but the finished product is so much cooler!)

Jurca MJ-12

Yes, it's wood and fiberglass construction.... but that was not at all uncommon for aircraft back in the '30s and '40s (well, the wood anyway!)....

and nice performance numbers, a much hotter performer than the Titan T-51.... and it has a jump seat to carry a passenger.

Length: 25' 0"
Wingspan: 28'0"
Wing Area: 140 FT2
Empty weight: 2,200 lbs.
Gross weight: 2,860 lbs
Max Speed: 275 MPH
Rate Of Climb: 2,000 Ft/Min

Indeed.  :aok :rock

I don't know, as far as planes in that category and price range, I think a Cherokee 180 is better looking.

But as far as value for a single engine 4 seat traveling plane, I think the RV-10 is king.  Performance and space like a Cirrus SR20 or Cessna Corvallis and can be built for 1/5th the price, or bought flying for 1/3rd the price.

What I meant is I'm not as crafty as I used to be. I used to love lego's, would spend days working on projects. But Since I turned 15 I've just lost it. Seems I can't do anything anymore
