I don't know if this is a problem with the new version, or left over from previous versions, or even a bug at all.  When I upgraded my monitor to 1920x1080 and run AH at that resolution I notice that some objects in the very far distance, like tanks or other vehicles, intermittently blink as a white pixel as they move (or my view moves).  At first I thought, cool, HTC added glint off the windshield, but when the vehicle got close enough I saw it was a Panzer (no glass).  In tower outside view I can pick out GVs at extreme ranges, like all the way at the opposite VH base as they spawn and head towards the base I'm at; they stick out as an intermittently blinking white dot.  That's kind of an unrealistic and unfair spotting advantage.

E8400@3GHz, 4GB, HD4850 w 512M, 1920x1080, 8XAF, 4XAA, hires textures, all settings max except 1024 shadows and no shadows on others.
