Vehicles.

 Love the changes to the vehicles () but think they could use one small tweak ().  Engines off when they spawn.

I found inconsistency with which GVs start with engines on and which with engines off. M4 (75mm, the one that can take rockets) started off. One of the T-34s started off. The M3 and Panzer started on I think. This from last night's attempts to GV. I didn't get to try them all.

I rolled both the T-34s last night and they both started on.
