PT Boat Wishlist

After reading up on the USN specification for building PT Boats (see: http://www.arkansasmilitia.us/Manuals/Transportation/Naval/Navy%20WWII%20Detail%20Specs%20for%20Building%20PT%20Boats.pdf I see a couple of items I would like to see on an AH PT Boat -

1.  Torpedo Director: there needs to be a "gunsight" for torpedo launching that shows the relative angles, and gives the operator some kind of a chance to actually score hits with torpedoes.  I'll see if I can't find a picture of one.
2.  Smoke Generator: actual PT boats come with "One FM Smoke Screen Generator Mk.6" - this wouldn't be a bad addition to our PT boats either.

The smoke generator is sitting on the fan tail now.

Just need it to be fired up.

Disagree. A smoke screen would make it more difficult for a cruiser, destroyer or PT boat to fire on your CV. Or torpedo planes for that matter

True we have icons, but a lot of PTs get wacked before they get into icon range by 5 inchers.  A PT or two out in the lead with a smoke screen hides the guys coming up behind them.  
A smoke screen around your CV hides it from shore batteries and makes it more difficult for bombers to see you turning.
A smoke screen also hides the spawning boats from aircraft unless the aircraft want to come down low to the water and be in AAA range.

When we got the new PT Hitech said they could not make the smoke work or look right so it was dropped? To the best of my recollection.

they mostly get killed by auto ack.  and smoke wont affect it.
