It sucked to see it go away . My team chief got me hooked on it during my first tour in Iraq in 05...

Always thought Tom Welling should have played Superman in " Superman Returns "

Never watched an episode in my life. But I always thought the Clark and Lana Shippers were HILARIOUS. It was just plain funny to see them so upset that Clark and Lana never got together. Y'know, because its not like it's BLATANTLY OBVIOUS why to anyone who's at least HEARD of Superman or anything....  :noid

Anyway, I prefer my superhero stories WITHOUT the wannabe teen soap opera drama, thankyousomuch.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

it's a great show, it really is.   I have all the seasons on DVD (and a few on blu-ray)

I love the Lex/Clark dynamic throughout the series

We asked our kids (Ages 10 & 9 at the time)  if they wanted to watch a show about Superman.
"Nah... We don't like your boring old comic stuff Dad"

"OK, kids, well, lets watch this show called Smallville instead."

Three disks into the first series, we're all hooked.
The kids are begging for the next disk, and my daughter says:
"Ya know, it's kinda like he's Superman"

Pffft!~  My wife and I keep our mouths shut.
