3.  Girlfriends:  Screw their eyeballs out.  Pay them.  Having #2 is optional.  Having #1 still viable if done secretly.

First and foremost not only would it be a HUGE mistake not to invite me the uninvite for the mere reason of being a CM seems a little harsh but, I understand you are naive to just how fun the CM team can be so I will cut you slack on that one.

Last but, for sure not least the real reason is I am too old ... party days are over so my aches and pains say! They need much rest and since my bedtime is probably your dinner time I could not make it anyway.
