Just took one up for a few runs. Please try one for a while before you say it needs to go. I wish they had a jet arena open for a couple nights a week.

I've seen that and will have to miss that one as well unfortunately.
I'll be moving to Virginia during that time frame. A Korean war
era arena would be awsome. I know the ww1 arena is empty lately
saw the space ship arena fill up though when they put it up.
I'll try doing some cm work after my move and try some ideas though.

No, the 163 needs to be removed from the game, with only 8 kills during the war it really had no impact on the war at all. The 262 in AH needs to be only at bases near the HQ/strats and min perk of 500.

i have very rare encounters with 262s. shot down 1, and been shot down by 2. (second time was today by bigamer)

i have a rather funny tale involving the 163&262.


took off  in a b25, was heading to bomb the rook city.

got bounced halfway there by a nikki (believe it was snailman, ik it was someone who comes on the forums)

fought the nikki off, ended up getting a kill on it.

once i was over the city, i got bounced by 2 163's.

i spent maybe 10 mins kicking hard rudder turns, dodging there Bnz attempts,

i went into a shallow dive to get away from them, and i get lucky. ether they lost sight of me, or ran out of gas, but i got away.

i went NOE to the water, maybe only 60ft above it? pretty darn low.

was trying to make it home, had some bad damage (top turret shot out, elevator shot off).

i ended up flying straight into a furball happening in the middle of the sea between 2 bases.

i was trying to sneak below it, then i spotted a 190 coming straight at me, but a little above.(i dont think he saw me)


i being the impulsive person i am, lifted the nose up, exposing myself, and took the shot, downing the 190.

only problem is that while i was shooting the 190 down, a 262 was coming up on my tail fast.

ended with me having to ditch in the water 

the 262 is pretty devestating in the right hands, but its rare to come across.

Don't remove the 163 until I've bagged one with every non-uber plane in the planeset.

This tour, I've bagged 6 of them with c202, a6m5, and a6m3.

the 262 was a lie created by high command to scare buff pilots so they would stop falling asleep in there gunner positions

I would be against removing the 262 or the 163. These planes are excellent cannon fodder for my 29's.

The 262 adds a whole new dimension to WW2 or Aces High,, I've flown it once and feel it definitely has its place...
