if you plan on having multiple types of vehicles, yes. (because you need it to buy extra slots)

the "premium account", maybe.


but everything else (like premium shells, etc) arent worth the pricetag on them.

Nope it ain't worth it. Any amount of money spent on that game is more than its worth from a players perspective in my opinion.
