I got an awesome sale on mine new a little over a year ago for $199 at amazon... so $120 is a really good deal.
Despite its shortcomings (most of which result in Logitech's business practices) the G940 is a decent stick.  I have a love/hate relationship with mine.

I do have to ask though... Why are you getting rid of it, Strip?

Tigger, I still have my X52 and honestly I traded out the desk space for a G27 and iRacing. I like the challenges
of setting up a racecar and find myself driving the Indycar which is a big challenge. The top 33 for the iRacing
Indy500 are separated by less than .2 tenths, 5-33 was only ~ .06!

I love the G940 but right now I need the cash and don't foresee the great need for it.
