Handley Page Hampden

Well a lot of people want non American planes and the Hampden was put in service in 1938. It's was fairly fast for a bomber at 268mph. It had a good defensive guns for an early war bomber. Twin .30 cals I'm a ventral turret and twin .30 cals in a top turret. It had a good pay load at 4000lb. Plus look at how awesome it is!

Feel free to bash the idea but you know you want it!

     Even the Brits stopped using it quickly, it and the Battle are two birds they'd rather forget.

If you want a fast British bomber, stick with the Boston or the Mossie.

+ 1 A very interesting aircraft to model for early war, right after the He-111. It would be a nice challenge for HTC to model those engines... well, maybe not, really...

Yep.  Wellington would serve the purpose better, and cover a lot more historical time as well.

+1 on the Hampden, but later on down the line....  Gotta admit though, looks like it'll be fun to fly, even if I'm blasted well before target.
