That's a good one.

One of my favorites is a scene in A Bridge Too Far.

Another favorite from the same movie when the two wounded Brit Officers are talking about why the one always carries the umbrella.

2.

1. 8mile, when eminem goes up against the members of free world. it looks like he's going to choke again. but suddenly just unleashes a storm of words down upon them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fo95Dx7_MSE

2. the new star trek. where spok is trying to crash the red matter into the mining ship, but the missiles would of intercepted him first. then suddenly one of the mining crew is like "sir ive detected another ship!"

and the enterprise comes out of warp guns blazing on the missiles. that was such a BA scene. :rock

I got goosebumps as well.  I hope to to deliver something that profound one day- it would be my greatest accomplishment.

In no particular order:

The last scenes of Casablanca...plus pretty much the whole movie.

"You're all clear, kid!" From Star Wars Ep. 4....first and only time I ever yee-hawed in a movie.

The President's speech in "Independence Day".

Spock's death in Star Trek II.  Cliche now but devastating when we didn't know if he was ever coming back.

The Ride of the Rohirrim in Return of the King, from Theoden's speech to when Eowyn pwns the Witch King.

For good old fashioned cheese value: the multi-monster mash up in "Destroy All Monsters"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3HuTZoCZt4&feature=related

A bunch more but this is what I can come up with on low sleep.

CO 111 Sqdn Black Arrows

Wng Cdr, No. 2 Tactical Bomber Group, RAF, "Today's Target" Scenario. "You maydie, but you will not be bored!"
