JOECROW,

what graphics settings are you trying to use in the game?  and what texture size?

going by your DXDIAG, you have extremely too many processes running for that PC with an onboard integrated videocard

your pagefile mb used is high,

Quote
Page File: 1518MB used, 2809MB available

should be around 900 to 1,000 mb

and you should probably be using 512 textures ( if not even lower to 256 or 128 ) and all sliders in graphics at 1/2 way or more to the right for better performance.. and using any advanced graphics is questionable...

hope this helps

joe, you need to disable a lot of background processes on that system...you have an underpowered cpu, underpowered graphics chip and barely enough ram to run vista efficiently.

read through skuzzy's recommendations and run that dxdiag from a fresh boot after you disable some of the memory hog processes running...especially aero and automatic updates.

i hope you're not one of those running something like itunes in the background while you're trying to play ah...
