Garlic/Parmesean rizotto
20 oz Ribeye medium rare
Grilled asperagus (marinated in olive oil and red wine vinegar)
Baked potato with sour cream, butter, real bacon and chives
Rock lobster tail grilled, then pan cooked with butter, garlic, and green onion
Top it all off with a nice IPA or Cabernet Sauvignon.... May as well make it both.
