Maybe a stupid question....

but I just flipped on the TV (don't do that very often).

And now I have a question. 

Why on a show titled "America's Got Talent" are 2 out of 3 judges English??  :huh

No, a better question is "Why do so many people watch that crap."

Reality/Talent Show television is certainly signaling that the apocalypse must be near.  Maybe that whack job just got the date wrong.  I'm pretty sure that the Rapture will coincide with "Sweeps Week" for maximum impact.  Don't you think that after a few thousand years, God would have a handle on effective marketing?

Oh crap...  I'm going to go to hell now.

The Hoff is judging the English version of that silly show. We think it's great to have a foriegner as a geust. Don't see what your problem is (unless you think only American judges can spot talent?).

that was the same question asked about the show "House".  answer back then was because they would work for less money.  of course now a days they get paid more than most.

There are a few tests I have to determine if another human being is worth being associated with or ignored and passed off as a lower life form. Being a fan of reality TV will cause an immediate categorization into group #2 for me.

That stupid show was on when I turned mine on last night too.  For the 2 min I watched before my ears started to bleed I was treated to the judges fully enjoying how cute the 3 little black kids talked.  Ebonics in a 6 year old is not cute, it's fluff'n sad! 

OK, so the wrong track starts to play and that was funny! It stops and the lead kid says "wong twack" and the stupid people said "awwwwww"

They finally cue up the right track and they start their rap, I about threw up, shut it off and left the room.


Disturbing, very disturbing.
