Delta sucks ... I flew Delta a couple of months ago ... they wacked me $80 for a bag that was 2 pounds overweight ... when I tried to upgrade to 1st class (there were 4 seats open) they refused because I didn't have the right category ticket for an upgrade. I said you would rather leave those seats empty and not take some extra money to fill one of them ... the girl at the counter said ... "Sorry ... I can't do it" ... and walked away.

I will never fly Delta again.

Hey, American does the same to me.  I can upgrade from Austin to Chicago no problem, but from Chicago to Austin not only they refuse to do it, they are actually rude about it because I am not a member of some club and I should know better than ask I guess :lol
