I guess its good to see i'm not alone. I was told doing 50 push ups and 50 sit ups a day would do you a ton of good. I should start doing that.

My younger brother is going into Oregon State next year on scholarship, Defensive End, 6' 2.5'', reaching 250 lbs. He only turned 18 a week and a half ago.

I used to have that problem.  Then I got married and instantly packed on 20lbs :D
