The video is a bit extreme but I know exactly what your talking about. Now I just do it myself, so much cheaper, easier, and it actually gets done right.

nope not extreme... this is a decent portion of people that i deal with every day... well not every day but more often then I should. funny thing is right after watching this at work one of the service advisers goes ahead and approves another shops diagnostic repairs as if they were our own. LOL  :cheers: people who wrench for a living  :rock :salute
