Good effort. I'm sure you'll be tweeking it alot, but I think it's definately better than anything I could put together. The "play" button for the music is a good idea. I agree with an earlier poster: ought to be WWII Era music, don't ya think, for the type of site it is? Would really add a feeling of nostalgia. Although I like your current selection for general listening. Seems like you are sincere in creating not just a cool squad site, but a really proficient squad, too. I wish you well in that endeavor. :salute

One thing to keep in mind with things like embedded music and some of the other bells and whistles.  At first it may seem like a neat little feature to have or it may add a feel or ambiance to the site you have to imagine what the website is going to be like on the 10th, 50th, 100th, visit for a particular user.  Things like music are often better left off by default, and allow the visitor to turn it on if he/she wants.

Good luck with the website.

Look good if this your first.  Didi you looked at other squad sites to get an idea.  If not, suggest you should and may find some other ideas to add or change.  The musice is a nice touch but i would suggested to add the time era music instead.
