is your old pc still up and running?
if it is...boot it up and have a look in the settings...Config ???? folder I thnk
yep, it is in the settings folder the file is login.cfg use notepad to open it........ it will be the last login id and password you last played with ( meaning the last in game gameid you used , it will show the login id and password for that particular gameid )
also, another good idea is to send yourself an email on something like gmail, hotmail, msn, yahoo, etc........ ( web based or cloud based email addy ) with your login id / password / game id and possibly any other internet websites or forums login info...... and save it
is a quick back up that one can access quickly to get back into anything they have become a member of or played......... ( not necessarily put all username/ passwords on one email..... break em up into several individual emailsand don't title the email to where it is obvious what it is...... or create a pdf file with this info and put a password lock for viewing on the pdf file and email it to yourself and keep it on the server don't download it )
