How do you post screenshots? What program is averagely used? Also, how do you edit it?

1. How do you post screenshots? What program is averagely used? I use http://www.mediafire.com/ and upload to there. After you find the screen shot you want to post here, you right click on the picture and use the forum embed code and paste the code here.

2. Also, how do you edit it? Alot of people use Gimp or photoshop to edit their pics. I use Photoshop3 for mine. The link for gimp is here http://www.gimp.org/
