WTF has happened to our society?

What has happened?  Nothing.  Well, maybe a small improvement.  We don't get to raid the village next door for their food and women as often as we used too, but I consider that an improvement

That's stupid, it would make the same sound if there was or was not a person there or not. People may not be around to hear it but it still makes a sound.

well lets go back 70 years when millions of people died in war were those better times? or 100 years ago when lots of young people would die in stupid duels.

So you're seriously saying that millions and millions of people dying for some abstract cause on smelly battlefields is better than 'not knowing each other'?  Consider this: with some of those battlefields, you could eliminate whole generations from small villages - so that way you solve the whole 'problem' of not knowing each other!

And anyway, you're wrong, and you almost proved yourself wrong, IMO.  The reason we're posting in this topic is because we do care, and I think we're far more representative of people as a whole than those two or three sweetheartbaggy people.

Back when my grandpappy was a boy, you could go to the zoo and see cute, cuddly animals, pet them, feed them, and everyone had fun.

Now a'days, these young animals are just out of control, and have no respect!
