Rework: SBD-5 and the AVENGER
« on: June 30, 2011, 06:44:46 AM »
The SBD-5 and the Avenger should be reworked... They both are uglier than the ME-163 and the former C-47.

Not sure how the Me163 factored into the OP, but I disagree on the old C-47.  I am sure the TBM-3 and SBD-5, as well as the 30 or so other aircraft waiting to be updated, will be in due time.

I imagine we'll be seeing a screenshot of a update or new unit in the not too distant future.

C.205 is plane 10, B-26B is plane 12.  :p

They are both Aces High v1.00 models though.

Hm AH2 was released on June 16, 2004.

Looks like C205 will be updated sometime in year 2015.

Forgot about the 205. Oh well both planes were in the game in Beta 2 when I started playing back in 1999. So yeah both birds need a facelift badly.

I remember reading that only Heavies (Maybe medium bombers) will have 2048. Fighters will stay at 1024

Mosquito Mk XVI and newer models have 2048 interiors.  Exteriors are 1024x1024.  Big planes like the B-29 or Lancaster when redone get two 1024x1024 maps for their exteriors.
