Thats a Question of personal Preference.

I personally use rangers and like it, except for him lacking a b29 sound.

most people will tell you the best to use is a cut-n-paste mix of all the quality soundpacks, and i agree.

however the best for you depends on your preference.

Mine goes 20% ranger, 30% twinboom, 10% akdogg, 5% mitsu, and 35% my own sounds
