There are a lot of us who were looking forward to the Coral Sea scenario.  We clearly can't run a scenario with the low registration numbers, but we can do the following as a much lighter but still fun event.

I will run a series of the "This Day in WWII" events on the same days as the scenario would have run, starting with Coral Sea.  These events are fun with as few as 40 people playing, and can handle as many as about 200 playing -- so should work fine almost regardless of who joins us.

For the above, I would love to keep the same people as CO's of each side, if those CO's are willing.

Do folks want this to run at 3 pm Eastern (so that we can have Europeans join us) or stick to 9:30 pm Eastern?

   Summer is tough to run scenarios. I registered knowing full well I probably would make 2 frames at best.

930 was what allowed me to attend this scenario. I'd really like to see 930est

I know I didn't register but was planning on attending as a walk on when I could due to my ever changing schedule but there is no way I can attend if the time is changed to 3pm. I do completely understand if it is changed though as I know everyone here is looking to have as much participation as possible to maximize the fun factor.

Hopefully I do get to join in though. I was looking forward to being able to try my first scenario.

I will take CO slot if Waystin2 does not.

IJN or USN...prefer USN but will accept either

If Waystin2 does take a CO slot, I will fly under his command...I will not fly against him

YES!!!  I would participate if it was - you've shot yourselves in the foot with this stupid timing!!  Change it to 3pm, the time which has proved most successful over many years here and previously in AW, and I bet more people would join.  You could always add a couple of mid-week frames for those who can't make this time on weekends.  Anyway, see you are sticking with the original times, so you've counted me out. :(  :mad:
