So you consider a well camped spawn a fight! I refuse to continue upping at a camped spawn to improve somebody's score haha!

You missed forgot to read the whole thread.  NO I don't think that. I think they should change the spawn routine to allow a quality fight to continue.

May I ask a nonsarcastic question?
 :headscratch:
I don't tank much, and when I do, I generally find myself trundling along and catching a bullet out of nowhere.  The guy that got me generally appears to have set up somewhere hidden so he can ambush enemy tanks going by. This seems to me to be the way things go when one is tanking, isn't it?  What is the difference between that and a spawn camp?
Is it that you don't get to drive a while before you catch the bullet out of nowhere?

The reason you catch a bullet from nowhere is you don't tank a lot. You learn to recognize ambush points, and can often see the would-be ambusher before he gets to put one in your side.

The difference is 0/100 chance vs 50/50 chance.

In GV's, the wiley and suspicious prosper.
You started this thread and it was obviously about your want and desire in spite of your use of 'we' and Google.

This is true but there are ways that an intrepid tanker can turn the tables on an ambush since we all know where it will occur in game.

Ambush points only work when the ambusher knows the direction from which his victim will approach.

Investing the time to flank the ambushers/campers is rewarded by killing them and the time required to successfully do this is about the same amount of time it takes to get killed a bunch of times when you use the wrong approach.

The difference is that you don't die a bunch of times and possibly end up killing them a bunch of times.

I don't tank much, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.

I have not been tanking for very long, but when I hear they are camping a spot....I go right there because
I know there will be lots of GV Action. If you are being camped....well, you can always take up an A20, then go for those
perked tanks first LOL.

It seems like every time I take a Panther or a Tiger out for a spin, I get bombed, or at the very least my Tiger
gets killed with a single shot from a T-34 or a Sherman. Even though I am less than mediocre in tanks, I enjoy the GV battles when
the numbers are high and there is a target rich environment. I die more too.  :D

It is more about the numbers than about the campers. If you have as many uppers as campers......the campers are gonna have to re up eventually and drive
back to their camping spot. The spawners on the other hand will eventually outnumber the campers and move the battlefield to campers spawn point.

I would leave the spawn points just the way they are.

my 2 cents,
