I think I'm going to start a two week trial just so I can carpet bomb Tank-Ace for fourteen days straight.

Whats the GV hangers on your fields for if you're not going to up a tank to kill me? Its not really the death that bothers me, or even the loss of perks when you get right down to it. What bugs me is that I, personally, had nothing to do but hope someone else takes care of it. I'd be fine with rocket attacks. Those are possible and you stand about a 50/50 chance of dodging or avoiding it.

All rockets are perfecly capable of killing any GV in the game. I've killed panthers with HVAR's, Tigers's with 4.5"ers, panzers with the 60lbers, and I've even seen a panther killed with a 110's WGr 21's which are air to air rockets.

many times the best move you can do in a gv is not to up one.  I have seen guys get killed 30 or 40 times in a row in less than 1 hour.

if bombing gvs from a 4 engine bomber made tactical sense it WOULD of happened in real life.   :old:  or wait.... did it happen  :noid
Yeah but they didn't send up 3 lancasters (formations) to assassinate one particular tank, or even an anonymous individual tank.

I mean, this is a team based game... Heaven forbid people use.. team work. How many times have aircraft called out GV locations for you? Your welcome. Also.. I know the squad I have been flying with (Pigs), they work pretty close with guys who up GVs and still work as a squad. So it is possible.
Depending on what squad you're in, what time you're able to get on, what time OTHERS are able to get on, etc. So yeah, if I wanted to get on at 1 AM, I could probably get some airsupport. Unfortunatly, I tend to be asleep at that hour.

Individual tanks also didn't mount offensives.

The scale in the game is greatly reduced.

Also, stop with the moving goalposts.

A lancaster group would be worthy of a battalion - regimental sized attak at least. So lets say that one tank represents an entire company of tanks IRL, not an unrealistic estimate based on the scaling of the map. That means we're treating a small probing attack like a large concentration of tanks.

Still moving the goalposts.

You cannot reduce the Lancasters below where they are, so deal with it.

Low Lancs are free kills to almost all fighters from 1941 or later, sorry C.202.
