You mean the P-51? The Blue Angels are the naval acrobatic maneuover squadron.
Thunderbirds are the Marines acrobatic maneuover squadron.
Both do airshows, but I think it would be the Thunderbirds since the pony wasn't a naval craft. (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

Squadron: Fifth Air Force, brave bunch of souls, not a squadron, and yes, I know it is not the segment that Bud Anderson and consequently "Old Crow" flew in. <S>
