Some kids still do the right thing.
« on: July 23, 2011, 02:21:38 AM »
Saw this yesterday on the intardnet and it was on the national news tonight.
At a baseball game, a foul ball gets thrown into the stands. (No one was harmed).
The look of the kid thinking chokes me up.

The right page is Most Watched Today, but you cant make straight link for some reason.

"Kid Gives Away Ball
Diamondbacks Fan Classy Move.

Nicholas tries catching a baseball tossed by Rickie Weeks from the Milwaukee Brewers. Nicholas misses the ball and it drops. The sadness sets in when the ball is tossed to another young Diamondbacks fan, Ian. After seeing Nicholas, Ian decides to give the baseball to him. The announcers are shocked and award Nicholas with gifts and a contract. This all seems to good to be true because it is. Unfortunately, the park employee told Ian to give the ball to Nicholas. After finding out what truly occurred Ian returned was forced to return all of his gifts."

saw that one on tv but look at this one. Entire neighborhood works together to save a family from a burning car, but pay close attention in the man in yellow. Hes a off duty fire fighter who risked his life and yelled in pain as he pulled broken window with his bare hands and burnt his arm while saving the child.  :salute the kid got burns on 20% of his body, but he will make a full recovery
